Founded by members of the Society of Industrial-Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and the International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP), TAI focuses on scientifically predicting future performance by assessing candidates
We focus on the Selection Process

We are dedicated to improving the Selection Process for our clients. Our research indicates that standardizing this process can lead to substantial enhancements, including:

  • Reduced time spent making selection decisions.

  • Shortened time to fill positions.

  • Improved quality of hires.

  • Decreased turnover and increased retention of talent.

 

Our goal is to reduce new hire turnover by 50% and overall employee turnover by 25%.

We encourage clients to implement the entire Selecting Talent process, which includes job analysis, psychometric assessments, behavioral interviewing, and reference checks. This comprehensive approach not only enhances hiring decisions but also achieves significant time and cost savings.

We are professionals in Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology. All TAI staff hold either an MS or PhD in this field and adhere to the standards set by the American Psychological Association (APA).

We follow APA rules and guidelines for assessment practitioners, maintaining high professional standards in all our client projects, research, and white papers.

Competence

We actively engage with professional associations, including SIOP and the International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP), regularly presenting our work for professional peer review.

We prioritize maintaining client and subject privacy. We only publish research and data that we can validate and do not disclose client or individual names without prior approval.
