These are questions that keep employers awake at night The reason is that...The future isn't what it used to be...it changes all the time. We are living in a VUCA world (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity) Adaptability, Learning Agility, Resilience and Empathy are a key competencies for any leader as well as those they lead.
There are 23 other competencies in the TAI Competency Model that may need to be added and using the Job Analysis Questionnaire (JAQ), additional Competencies can be added to make sure we are developing the right competencies, unique to each job, to make more people more effective in this VUCA environment.
