TAI Assessment Strategy
Ready to transform your hirings?
Optimize Your Hiring with Proven Selection Processes
At TAI, we focus on helping organizations hire people who already possess the key competencies, cognitive abilities, and personality traits needed to excel in their roles. Our best-practice selection process is grounded in years of scientific research, designed to minimize hiring mistakes and maximize performance.
For entry-level positions, we understand that training is essential, but for professional and leadership roles, we help you find candidates who can hit the ground running. From individual contributors to executives, we ensure your new hires have the skills and fit to thrive from day one.
Our process begins with the Job Analysis Questionnaire (JAQ) to identify core competencies like problem-solving, teamwork, and analytical skills. We use personality assessments, such as the Management Alignment Questionnaire (MAQ) and Professional Alignment Questionnaire (PAQ), to ensure candidates align with your organization's culture and values. The right fit is key—especially for leadership roles, where cultural alignment is often the biggest predictor of success.
With our scientifically proven tools, TAI reduces selection errors and improves hiring accuracy. Our method not only ensures you hire the right people but also leaves candidates feeling excited to join your team.

TAI Approach to Evaluation
Six Sigma Approach to Talent Selection and Management
TAI's Six Sigma-driven selection process enhances every stage of HR selection and talent management. This approach reduces employee turnover, improves talent retention, and maximizes investments in selection and training. Founded by members of the Society of Industrial-Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and the International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP), TAI focuses on scientifically predicting future performance by assessing candidates' "Can Do," "Will Do," and "Fit" for each job.
Can Do evaluates a candidate's competencies gained through education and work experience. Using the Job Analysis Questionnaire (JAQ), organizations can verify whether candidates have developed the necessary problem-solving skills and competencies for the role. Reference checks are recommended to confirm claimed accomplishments.
Will Do assesses a candidate's motivation and personality traits, determining if they are aligned with the role's demands, including work environment, schedule, and team dynamics. Understanding this helps ensure candidates will be motivated and engaged in the job.
Fit focuses on how well candidates align with the organization’s culture and values. It assesses whether they can thrive in the company environment and contribute positively to the team.
TAI’s approach ensures a transparent, fair, and accurate talent selection process. If a candidate is slightly misaligned with "Can Do," "Will Do," or "Fit," organizations can decide whether coaching or training will address these gaps before hiring. Sharing evaluation feedback with new hires helps prepare them for success from day one.
