Applicant Alignment Questionnaire (AAQ) coming in 2023
This personality assessment is designed to measure basic employability traits.  It can be used to determine, along with screening for basic credentials (education and prior work experience), the highest priority candidates to go through a phone screen interview before inviting them in for a full interview.  When an organization is facing multiple applicants with little differentiation in education and work experience, it is appropriate and time saving to use the AAQ as part of their screening process.  This assures that the candidates can be efficiently selected on the basis of those most likely to succeed.
